We need from you an application video and your CV by the application deadline. Please create an application video where you introduce yourself and answer one of the following questions (max. 3min).
Question A: Tell us what "Be The Change" means to you and how do you create said change in your everyday life?
Question B: Tell us about one sustainability topic you are particulary passionate about and what your plans are to create positive impact in this area.

Consultant
As a Consultant, you will drive positive change by transforming research insights into sustainable, actionable strategies for clients. As a member of Student Impact (SI), you will actively drive positive change with other dedicated students as part of the SI community.
Your Responsibilities:
Market Research: Delve into public sources and conduct external interviews to gather data and insights.
Business Analysis: Examine the inner workings of client organizations to understand their strengths, challenges, and areas of opportunity.
Innovative Collaboration: Team up with colleagues to brainstorm, ideate, and evolve sustainable concepts and actionable solutions.
Presentation Design: Craft compelling presentations that encapsulate findings and recommendations.
Engaging Delivery: Confidently present findings and concepts to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable takeaways.

Enrolled at the University of St. Gallen (assessment year, any bachelor’s or master’s program)
Personal interest in sustainability and consulting (no previous experience necessary)
Motivation to learn and openness to reflect
Authenticity, a strong team-player attitude, and a spirit to be part of our community
Fluent professional English and conversational German in social settings
Willingness to engage for at least two semesters (breaks possible), starting FS25
16-20 hours per week during the lecture periods (no work during study and exam phases)

Consultant (Legal)
As a Consultant (Legal), you will provide clients with legal analysis and recommendations while working alongside business consultants to develop strategic advice, integrating legal requirements with business demands. As a member of Student Impact (SI), you will actively drive positive change with other dedicated students as part of the SI community.
Your Responsibilities:
Compliance Research: Identify legal requirements related to market entry and risks associated with product safety and compliance, delivering actionable solutions to ensure regulatory alignment.
Legal Analysis: Analyze client needs to identify all legal considerations and provide step-by-step guidance tailored for non-legal professionals to meet legal requirements effectively.
Sustainability Regulation: Conduct research on sustainability reporting requirements and subsidy eligibility, providing clients with clear pathways to meet regulatory obligations.
Business Consulting: Collaborate with business consultants on market research, strategy development, and broader business initiatives as needed.
Engaging Delivery: Present findings and actionable recommendations in a clear, engaging manner, ensuring clients understand and can implement next steps effectively.
